Performance of Contract: Each delivery shall be considered a separate transaction and the failure of any one delivery shall not affect the due performance of the contract as regards other deliveries. Variation: This Agreement may not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing signed by or on behalf of each party. Severance: If any part of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, it will be severed from the rest of this Agreement so that it is ineffective to the extent that it shall not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. We shall not be liable to you for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under this Agreement arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to deliver) and industrial action.

Orders

Our acceptance of your order shall be by e-mail in which we shall confirm to you the goods you have ordered, the price of the goods and postage and packaging charges. All descriptions, weights and dimensions of any goods made available on this Site are those of the original manufacturers and are intended only to provide a general description of the goods. Accordingly, any such description shall not form part of this Agreement. If an item is not available, me may at our discretion, substitute a similar item. The prices listed on this Site are our prices ruling at the time you submit your order. However, you accept that mistakes can be made when uploading prices onto the Site, or that prices may vary between when we display a price and when goods are purchased. Accordingly, we may validate your order before we accept it. Where the correct price is higher than the price displayed on your order we may contact you by e-mail to let you know the correct price and provide you with the opportunity to cancel your order. We must receive payment of the whole of the price of the goods before we can process your order and despatch the goods to you. With each order that we deliver to you we shall deliver to you an invoice in respect of that order. Orders will be delved to you by our appointed courier ("Courier") at the address stipulated in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery. From time to time we may offer discounts or free delivery. These offers are available at our discretion and will not include products that may require special handling or packaging. We may deliver the goods in instalments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery and you are happy for us to do so. You are responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes levied in your country of residence. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. You should contact your local customs office for further advice. Risk in the goods shall pass to you on the collection from our depot by the Courier.
